Designed for use in interface-related applications, SOC 600 series of optocouplers consist of an input LED optically coupled to the output of a phototransistor. This optical coupling allows for high isolation levels while maintaining low-level dc signal control capability. The series is well-suited for telecommunications ring circuits and switching, current detection, ring and loop detect, industrial testing equipment and medical electronics.
