At 63'', the PPM63H1 is said to be the world's largest plasma display. Targeted for use as a replacement for front and rear screen projectors in conference rooms, as well as for use in large retail displays and digital signage systems, the unit's proprietary multimedia control software allows several displays to be controlled from a single computer. The PPM63H1 sports a slim, 3.5'' narrow bezel and incorporates a 3D noise reduction function. It also has a wide, 160º viewing angle, a multi-layer anti-reflection filter, and supports an array of display options, such as variable aspect ratios in six separate modes and a 10x digital zoom with pan and freeze control. Auto pixel shift technology enables slow, unnoticeable shifting of still images and reduces image retention. The PPM63H1 also includes: composite video for terrestrial and cable connections; component video that offers 480i/p, 720p and 1080i viewing; S-Video and an RGB input for use with a PC; and support of an active native resolution of 1366 x 768-with its 16:9 aspect ratio option, the plasma display shows true HDTV and full computer data.
