Half the size of previous instruments in the line, the DL750 waveform-measuring instrument includes 1 Gword of memory, said to be the largest for this class of instrument. Employing a special ASIC, a zoom-in function (GIGAZoom) instantaneously displays large quantities of data stored in memory. A dual-capture function can acquire slow-trend and fast data, including surge and noise, simultaneously. Frequency bandwidth is 3 MHz and dc-voltage measurement accuracy is ±0.5%. Other features include up to 16 analog input channels, a sample rate of 10 Msamples/s, 12-bit a/d resolution, and a 10.4", SVGA color TFT LCD.
