Recent arrivals to the ZSP family of licensable DSP cores include the ZSP410, ZSP520, and ZSP560, each of which provides cached memory, offering users more flexibility in choosing how to distribute instructions and data between on-chip and external memory. Compatible with the ZSP400, ZSP500, and ZSP540 cores, they gain support from a broad selection of applications software for voice, video, and audio. Target applications include IP phones, ATA modules, portable media players, and 2G/2.5G/3G handsets.
