The versatile RB4A High Precision Positioning Table features a small footprint, recirculating linear bearings and light load capacity of 97 lb., and can be utilized in general industrial, clean room and vacuum environments. The positioning table offers a bi-directional repeatability of 6 microns, straightness and flatness to 2 microns per 25 mm, and travel length from 2" to 16".
A wide selection of NEMA 23 stepper or servomotors is available. The positioning table also features JIS C3 precision ground ballscrews with 2.5 mm, 0.2" and 0.5" leads as standard options. The table is well suited for a variety of applications, including pick-and-place, inspection, alignment, assembly, dispensing, deposition, light load contouring, and wafer handling. They can also be modified for a variety of multi-axis applications.
