MOTION CONTROL LINES

MOTION CONTROL LINES-Details concerning the firm’s three controller lines-the Optima, Econo and Legacy Series- are provided in the 1999 Motion Control Product Catalog, a 96-page guide that also includes specifications for the firm’s 11 DMC-based controller models. The catalog provides a motion control comparison table to assist in the location and designation of the required functions. Interface options include ISA, PCI, CompactPCI, PC/104, VME, RS-232 and USB. One- through eight-axis versions are available with interchangeablity of steppers and servo motors on any axis. Specifications are also included for firm’s servo amplifiers and motors and software tools. A 23-page technical reference guide, which provides overviews on dc motors, power amps, incremental encoders, and motion controllers, is also included.
