Capable of switching from dc to 4 GHz, this range of RF relays includes magnetic latching, high repeatability, bypass and attenuation models. With enhanced bandwidth performance up to 4 GHz, each of the relays features what's claimed as excellent RF signal response over its entire bandwidth. Key features include a metal enclosure for EMI shielding, ground pin option to improve case grounding, high isolation between control and RF signal paths, and a higher resistance to ESD. The line offers several models in four functional categories: magnetic latching relays, RF repeatability signal relays, bypass relays, and attenuators. The ultraminiature, hermetically-sealed devices are housed in metal enclosures and weigh less than .16 oz. Their internal welded construction and Uniframe design provide high motor magnetic efficiency and mechanical ruggedness. Coil voltages range from 5 to 26.5 Vdc.
