Addressing the increasing need for energy savings in production, the IronMan E Series gear reducer (worm-gear replacement) operates at 90% efficiency. Residing in a compact housing, the component is a direct replacement to traditional worm gear reducers.  Employing a helical-bevel gear technology, the E Series provides up to 60% more torque than similar worm gear designs. Modular in design, it fits 90% of the United States worm gear market.  With mounting base kits, the E Series can drop-in and replace multiple sizes of worm gear speed reducers. Four models are available with double-reduction ratios from 7.8:1 to 60:1 and power capabilities to 8.50 hp.  Triple reduction units are available by adding a ratio multiplier.
