State of the Electronics Supply Chain

July 24, 2023
The electronic industry supply chain has been roiled by a variety of issues resulting from the pandemic, and although it's healing and adapting to new conditions, it remains in uncertain waters.

Our advanced manufacturing environment demands a sophisticated supply chain that can quickly and flexibly meet the needs of the industry. However, the electronic industry supply chain has been disrupted since the beginning of the pandemic, and it will be a while before things regain a measure of stability. The good news is that the supply chain is healing, evolving, and adapting to new conditions, which will result in a more stable and reliable component marketplace.

In the video above, I talked with Avnet's Rebeca Obregon-Jimenez about the current state of affairs.
