The Spectrum™ Manufacturing Test Platform accommodates in-circuit test, in-line process test, single-stage test (ICT plus functional), digital functional test, and depot-based diagnosis and repair. It also provides a flexible platform for addressing application-specific test requirements, such as asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) cards and modems.
The platform is built around an extended VXI backplace and the company’s TestStudio™ web-based ATE operating environment. The Spectrum family includes three configurations: the 8950-Series ADSL, the 9100-Series functional, and an in-line solution jointly engineered with Pematech Rohwedder.
The open architecture is scalable and can be reconfigured with industry-standard hardware, instrumentation, and software. The commonality of the test environment is reflected in common training, maintenance, spares, documentation, and reusable code. Starts at <$100,000. Teradyne, (925) 932-6900.
