Compatible with the ZBT standard to provide users with the security of multiple vendor support, the latest addition to the firm's NoBL (No Bus Latency) series of network-optimized SRAMs is a family of 4-Mbit devices that come in pipelined and flow-through versions in 128K x 36 and 256K x 8 organizations. The pipelined devices deliver performance supporting bus speeds up to 143 MHz with no wait states. Firm's No Bus Latency (NoBL) synchronous pipelined SRAMs increase bandwidth by eliminating latency between write and read operations found in standard SRAM architectures. The increased bandwidth can eliminate memory bottlenecks and increase system performance in high-speed networking applications.
