Claiming the position of the industryÕs first NAND flash drives to be optimized for industrial applications, the drives are available in 2.5" and 3.5" form factors and capacities ranging from 16 MB to 2 GB. Targeted applications include point-of-sale terminals, automated teller machines, factory automation systems, and communication equipment. The devices operate on 5V and are IDE PIO mode 4 compatible with the ATA command set. Either form factor provides a maximum write speed of 3.2 MB/s and a maximum read speed of 6.5 MB/s.
