The blast create synthesis tool from Magma has been validated by IBM Microelectronics to show a high degree of correlation with IBM's Einstimer static timing tool. As a result, IBM is now accepting design data from Blast Create for ASIC implementation. Blast Create offers all aspects of front-end design: RTL synthesis, datapath synthesis, physical synthesis, design-for-test analysis and scan insertion, static timing analysis, and .tcl-based scripting.
