Networked System Programs High-Density Flash Memory

March 1, 2002

Said to program high-density flash memory devices at near theoretical minimum times, the FlashPAK tabletop, networked programming system simultaneously programs up to four fine-pitch devices. The system is based on the company's RoadRunner architecture, using the same programming engine and language.Connected via Ethernet cable. several systems can be used to expand the number of programming sites for an 8-, 12- or 16-site system. Windows supervisor software monitors the system's work cell and provides statistical updates on all relevant programming data. DATA I/O CORP., Redmond, WA. (425) 881-6444.
