Dome Switches Offer Tactile Feedback

Dec. 1, 1999

Tactile Dome Switches can be used anywhere a momentary switch with tactile feedback is required. They can be placed onto single or double sided PCBs as well as membrane circuits. The domes offer a superior tactile feedback in a wide range of actuation forces. Standard dome diameters range from 5 up to 20 mm. All standard domes are rated for 5 million cycles. Switching voltage is 0.1 to 50 vdc at current of 0.005 to 100 mAdc. Switching capacity is 1W.
