The company's latest 0203-size (0.020" x 0.030") chip resistors on alumina employ a configuration that doubles the voltage rating from 15V to 30V when compared to a larger 0302 component. Their power handling capabilities are also comparable at 40 mV.

The company's latest 0203-size (0.020" x 0.030") chip resistors on alumina employ a configuration that doubles the voltage rating from 15V to 30V when compared to a larger 0302 component. Their power handling capabilities are also comparable at 40 mV. The MIL-PRF-38534-compliant resistors are available with gold, topside terminations for wire bonding, and provide reliable high frequency performance. A wide variety of high-reliability screening options are available, including burn-in. Alternatively, customers can provide their own testing specifications.
