RoHS/WEEE compliant and trimmed for mobile electronics, the XH409H series double-layer capacitors specify a bare-cell height of 0.9 mm and a net height, with the standard laser-welded mounting tabs, of 1.3 mm. Exhibiting a long life cycle life and specifying a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, the XH409H-IV05E is rated at 3V nominal with a 0.05F capacitance. The series targets steady-current-draw applications such as backing up RTC and SRAM circuits during sleep modes. With the IV05E tab formation, height and overall footprint are kept to a minimum.
