Adding to the company's line of high-frequency coplanar attenuators, wire-bondable or solderable 0303 (0.03" x 0.03" x 0.01") coplanar balanced T attenuators are available on alumina or aluminum nitride substrates. Fabricated with a thin-film resistor element, these devices are available with attenuation values from 1 dB to 20 dB and are suitable for applications up to 20 GHz. Attenuation tolerance is less than ±0.5 dB to 12 GHz and ±1 dB to 20 GHz. VSWR is less than 1.4:1 up to 20 GHz. Pricing is under $1.90 each in production quantities with delivery from stock to 10 weeks ARO. For more details, contact Bernie Hoy at STATE OF THE ART INC., State College, PA. (800) 458-3401.
