Supporting high-speed dc/dc converters in switching power supplies, the SM76760, SM76922, SM76924, and SM76925 gate-drive transformers operate at speeds up to 22.2 Vµs. The components specify hi-pot ratings up to 1.5 kVdc and are available in miniature surface-mount packages measuring as low as 4 mm high and as small as 6 mm x 8.4 mm. Depending on the model, they offer turns ratios of 2:1:1, 1:1.5, 1:1, and 1:1:1 and inductance values from 330 μH to 2 mH. Other features include DCR values from 1Ω to 2Ω and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +130°C. Prices start at $0.62 each in production volumes.
