Seeking input on presentations planned for IMS 2017

March 8, 2017

IMS 2017 will take place June 4-9 in Honolulu. Wayne A. Shiroma, IMS 2017 general chair, describes IMS as the largest international conference devoted to the research, development, and application of RF and microwave theory and techniques. He adds that the event is expected to draw over 8,000 participants and 500 exhibiting companies from around the world.

If you are one of those exhibitors, we want to hear from you. Our June issue will include a staff-written special report highlighting applications and products that will be presented at the show.

We welcome your input so we can present your relevant products and services to our readers. The questions below indicate some of the topics we will be covering in this article, and we would appreciate your brief responses so that we can be sure to have up-to-date information on your company to present to our readers.

  1. Event organizers are emphasizing the “5G Wave,” and 5G is a topic we’re covering extensively in our upcoming April and May issues. What other RF/microwave topics do you expect to be important at IMS 2017 and for the remainder of the year?
  2. What products do you plan to exhibit at the show?
  3. What problems are engineers facing that your products help solve?
  4. Are there any unique features about your products you would like to emphasize?

Send your reply to me at [email protected] by March 28. Thanks for your help.
