    Emerging as the first p-channel TrenchFET Gen III power MOSFET in a chipscale MICRO FOOT package, the 20V Si8499DB also claims to exhibit the industry's lowest on-resistance for a p-channel MOSFET in a 1.5 mm x 1 mm footprint.

    Emerging as the first p-channel TrenchFET Gen III power MOSFET in a chipscale MICRO FOOT package, the 20V Si8499DB also claims to exhibit the industry's lowest on-resistance for a p-channel MOSFET in a 1.5 mm x 1 mm footprint. On resistance is 32 m? at 4.5V, 46 m? at 2.5V, 65 m? at 2V, and 120 m? at 1.8V. Reportedly, these values are 50% lower at 4.5V and 35% lower at 2.5V than the previously leading 20V p-channel chipscale device. Pricing for the Si8499DB starts at $0.14 each/100,000.
