What's New at Sensors Converge 2025?
It seems like only yesterday, but Sensors Converge has been around in one form or another for 40 years. The conference and products have changed radically over the years, and trends like the Internet of Things (IoT) and now artificial intelligence (AI) have had a major impact on the amount of sensors available as well as the range of applications where they're used.
Everything from medical equipment to home automation to automotive to smartphones integrate multiple sensors and related technology. Here we collect some of the latest advances expected to be on display in Santa Clara from June 24-26.

I earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Masters in Computer Science from Rutgers University. I still do a bit of programming using everything from C and C++ to Rust and Ada/SPARK. I do a bit of PHP programming for Drupal websites. I have posted a few Drupal modules.
I still get a hand on software and electronic hardware. Some of this can be found on our Kit Close-Up video series. You can also see me on many of our TechXchange Talk videos. I am interested in a range of projects from robotics to artificial intelligence.
