ASK Transmitter Fits In Tiny Package

Claimed as the industry's smallest VHF/UHF, PLL-based, ASK transmitter with +13 dBm output power, the MAX7044 is packaged in a tiny 3 mm x 3 mm, 8-pin SOT23. The device operates from a single lithium-ion (Li+) cell down to 2.1V and consumes only 130 nA max. in standby mode. Using an external resistor, the output power can be adjusted from −10 to +13 dBm into a 50-ohm load. At +13 dBm, the MAX7044 consumes
