The new SW43728 illuminated momentary pushbutton switch has been designed for medical applications including external defibrillator control panels. The switch weighs less than 2 oz. and has an overall length of 1.77''. Because of its minimal size, it can be used in small panel areas and with portable instrumentation. It can be mounted from the front of the panel into a standard 0.89'' diameter hole using a supplied plastic round slotted nut and is available with a white indicator button with custom engraving, replaceable lenses, and multiple button and lens options. The switch is 2A resistive, 0.5A inductive at 30 Vdc or 115 Vac. It has an operating pressure of 2 lbs., plunger travel of approximately 0.1'' nominal, and a rated life of 100,000 actuations minimum. Price is $9.90 each/1,000.
