Emerging as one of the smallest crystal oscillators (XO) available, the T7000 measures 2 mm x 1.6 mm x 0.65 mm. Frequency range is 1.5 MHz to 54 MHz with a current drain as low at 2.5 mA. Other features include CMOS output and supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V, an operating temperature range from -10°C to +70°C, and a stability of ±25 ppm.
