Expanding its line of bi-directional synchronous FIFO memories, the company has introduced its new 133-MHz, 36-bit devices available in standard bi-directional, bi-directional with bus matching, and triple bus versions. The 3.3V devices are available in densities up to 4 Mb. Other features include endian select, optional first-word-fall-through or standard timing modes, low first-word latency, programmable flags, and re-transmit and partial-reset capabilities. Pricing ranges from $30.70 to $132 each/10,000.
