Do You Recognize These? Programming Languages: Quiz 5
What you'll learn:
- How good are you at identifying graphical/visual programming languages?
- Some graphical/visual programming languages you may not know about.
This time around we will focus on graphical/visual programming languages. There aren't quite as many of these as text-based programming languages, and some are more notable than others. They require a graphical user interface (GUI) for creating and testing an application. Such languages tend to lend themselves to parallel excecution or data-flow opeartion, but linear execution is still the norm. No fair peeking at the aforementioned link before taking the quiz.

I earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Masters in Computer Science from Rutgers University. I still do a bit of programming using everything from C and C++ to Rust and Ada/SPARK. I do a bit of PHP programming for Drupal websites. I have posted a few Drupal modules.
I still get a hand on software and electronic hardware. Some of this can be found on our Kit Close-Up video series. You can also see me on many of our TechXchange Talk videos. I am interested in a range of projects from robotics to artificial intelligence.
