Intel's oneAPI Base Toolkit

Intel's oneAPI is designed to provide a single programming model that can target a range of platforms, and it isn't exclusively a CPU. Targets include platforms such as GPUs and FPGAs in addition to CPUs. At the core is the Base Toolkit, which includes tools and libraries for building and deploying high-performance, data-centric applications across diverse architectures.
