Decarbonization and digitalization are two defining challenges of our time, and at PCIM Europe 2023, Infineon Technologies showcased some of its solutions to provide answers to the latest green and digital transformation challenges. Power and energy efficiency are key enablers in the transition to renewable energy and the electrification of more applications. Infineon's semiconductor solutions for the IoT contribute to digitalization and decarbonization by enabling smart energy management from power generation through transmission and storage to consumption.

The company claims the broadest power device portfolio in the industry. They feature silicon, silicon-carbide (SiC), and gallium-nitride (GaN) technologies for power solutions that support innovative designs and fulfill the demands of the latest energy-efficiency requirements.
