A series of two-terminal constant-current regulators for driving current applications in automotive, industrial signage, and architectural LED lighting systems operate over a wide range of input voltages. As a result, the NSI45 regulators ensure constant brightness over the operating voltage range. The devices come in 20-mA, 25-mA, and 30-mA versions available in an SOD-123 package or an SOT-223 package. Steady-state regulated current tolerances are either ±10% or ±15%.
