Promising to accelerate users’ stereo Bluetooth headset designs to market, the BTN-003-1A development kit allegedly makes BlueTunes ROM the quickest and most cost-effective solution for designing stereo headsets and wireless speakers. The kit comes complete with a headphone demonstrator board, example stereo headset design, audio adaptor, and Music Voice dongle. It also features a parameter tool for tuning the audio performance for listening to music and voice calls. The BlueTunes ROM relies on the company’s BlueCore5-Multimedia technology with an integrated stereo CODEC specifying a 95-dB SNR. BlueTunes ROM supports both SBC and MP3 (license required) decoding for better audio quality on music playback and includes a configurable five-band EQ, Additionally, the design of BlueTunes ROM enables over 10 hours of music playback from a 180 mAh battery.
