Designed to meet the need for powering 2.5V circuits from 3.3V buses, the MIC39150 (1.5A) and MIC39300 (3A) low-dropout voltage regulators come in TO-263 or TO-220 packages. The devices can guarantee 2.5V even when the power bus drops to 3V. Maximum dropout is 500 mV.
