Two new members rated at 600V and 1200V have been added to the U-Series of dual-packaged IGBT devices-the U-Series use a G3 H-Series IGBT process that provides a high efficiency IGBT switch combined with a free wheeling diode that offers soft recovery characteristics. The CM800DU-12H is an 800A, 600V dual IGBT well-suited for high power inverters, while the CM400DU-24H is a 400A, 1200V dual IGBT. The devices are in a low inductance package that minimizes EMI/RFI.
