June 12, 2013
The GW RF Trainer Bundle consists of an entry-level 3 GHz spectrum analyzer and an RF test signal generator to help educators introduce RF communication ideas.

A new education tool has been introduced: the GW RF Trainer Bundle, which consists of an entry-level 3 GHz Spectrum Analyzer and an RF test signal generator.

The trainer combo, announced by Saelig, helps educators with a PC connection introduce frequency domain, time domain, and spectrum analyzer basic principles by demonstrating real-time experiments

The GWInstek GSP-730 Spectrum Analyzer has a frequency range of 150 kHz to 3 GHz and forms the basis for mobile communication protocols such GSM, 3G, 4G/LTE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, and RF-identification.

THE GWInstek GRD-1300 RF training tool generates a baseband signal with outputs including sine, triangle, and square waveforms from 100 kHz to 3 MHz. It also generates RF sinewaves from 870 MHz to 920 MHz with AM and FM modulation.

The GWRF Trainer Bundle is available now from Saelig, starting at $1398.
