Connector Modules Come In Surface-Mount Packages

Available for the first time in a surface-mount package, the belMag family of shielded RJ-45 connector modules have integrated magnetics for 10/100 BASE-T Ethernet applications. Interfacing with a wide range of LAN transceivers, the connectors come in both the new surface-mount version and through-hole version. The SMT design features a low profile height of 0.052" and footprint of only 0.670". It is available in two pin-out options to further provide design flexibility. Applications include adapter cards, hubs, concentrators, motherboards, bridges, routers and point-to-point links. Pricing for the surface-mount devices are $2.75 each/10,000.
