Available in 10-, 20- and 40-mW configurations, these distributed feedback laser modules feature integrated wavelength locks to reduce board space in optical networking systems. The lasers are single-channel, ITU wavelength selected devices with 50 GHz wavelength spacings. Each module contains two wavelength monitors, capable of locking over a wide range of wavelengths. They come in a standard 14-pin butterfly package and have a maximum frequency drift of ±2.5 GHz over 25 years. AGERE SYSTEMS, Allentown, PA. (800) 553-2448.
