Designed for wave soldering conventional and surface-mount boards, the #802 and #805 No-Clean fluxes are halogen/halide free, rosin free, non-corrosive, and leave almost no residue. The #805 is well suited for high-speed, automated wave soldering of single- and double-sided boards, while #802 is an organic activated no-clean flux that exhibits superior foaming characteristics with a uniform stable head of small bubbles.
