Described as the smallest embedded motherboard for industrial I/O, the NANO I/O Server measures just 120 mm x 125 mm while providing a wealth of interfaces. These include right-angle mount connectors for VGA, RS-232, four USB 2.0 ports, PS/2 mouse and keyboard, and Ethernet. Said to be unique, the motherboard supports any ETX CPU board that meets the ETX standard while providing PC/104 I/O module expansion. Power is derived via a 12-pin, micro-fit power connector with a cable adapter connecting to any ATX power supply or, for external dc power, a PC/104 dc/dc power supply interfaces to the PC/104 I/O connector. Other features include support for a wide range of CPUs up to 1.8-GHz Pentium M. Single-unit price is $229. ACCES I/O PRODUCTS INC., San Diego, CA. (800) 326-1649.
