The F-51136 NCWHU-FW-AA is a small, full-color RGB transmissive graphic display offering a wide viewing angle. The 4.2”, STN, 256 x 64 LCD features a cold-cathode fluorescent backlight with a 25,000 hour lifetime to half brightness.
An on-board, 12V heater and integrated temperature compensation circuit enable an operating temperature range of -30°C to 85°C. The on-board heater and temperature compensation circuit promise to maintain optimum contrast across the operating temperature range. The display meets application requirements in automotive, navigation and avionics, and in other areas where demanding operating environments exist. Other features of the LCD include: 8-bit parallel data transfers; an SED1353F1A controller IC onboard; 256K of SRAM; low voltage operation; low power consumption; light weight; and compact design.
