With a lumen intensity of 450 at 30 mA to 1650 at 70 mA, SpiderLED high-flux, super bright, sunlight visible diodes have a heatsinking lead frame that is said to dissipate heat away from the chip four times faster than standard discrete LEDs. With an average life span of 11 years, SpiderLEDs can far outlast incandescent lamps in applications such as an automobile third brake light, board mounted backlighted signs, emergency lights, and status indicators in square or round panel-mount lenses. Dimensions are 4.4 mm high x 7.62 mm square. And by use of various lenses and viewing angles, 3D illumination can be achieved. For applications requiring 60° or 85° viewing angles, SpiderLEDs come in ultra red, hyper red, orange, amber and yellow.
