Measuring only 2.17" x 0.92" x 1.0", the DMS-30PC-4/20S Series of 4-20 mA current-loop industrial process monitors consists of a loop-current conditioning board mounted to an epoxy-encapsulated3-1/2-digit voltmeter and a large (0.56") red or green LED display offering long-distance, all-angle readability. The miniature meter operates from a 7.5V to 32V supply and typically draws only 35 mA.Other features of the rugged, vibration-resistant process monitors include: on-board screw-type terminal blocks for making easy, reliable power supply and current-loop connections; DIP switch-selectable range, offset and decimal points; on-board span and offset adjustment potentiometers; and an unlimited number I/O combinations. In addition, two band-gap voltage references and precision metal-film resistors ensure stable performance over a 0°C to 60°C temperature range.
