High electrical accuracy combined with excellent humidity and thermal cycling features are said to characterize new negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor sensors targeted for temperature sensing applications in refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, and floor heaters. The sensors are available with PVC single or double insulated cables in line with EN60730/VDE Class I or Class II insulation requirements. The Class I insulated thermistor has a withstand voltage of 1,500 Vac, and Class II is rated at 3,750 Vac. The NTC thermistors can be soldered to pc boards, inserted via terminal blocks, etc. For more information and prices, contact BCCOMPONENTS INTERNATIONAL BV, no city, The Netherlands. (678) 366-9970.
