Designed for real-time (RT) applications, the Eurocom 258 single-board computer supports an 855GME chip set with a 400-MHz front side bus, 1.6-GHz Pentium M processor, and a 1-MB L2 cache. Other features include an IDE interface with Ultra133 transfers, a floppy-disk interface, 2 KB of non-volatile memory, two USB 2.0 interfaces, an AC97-V2.2-compatible audio interface, and two 10/100 Base-T ports.
