Targeting high-current applications requiring brighter devices such as in tail lights and dashboards, the new TLMK330x LED displays can handle drive currents up to 50 mA. They feature a red emission color, 60û angle of half intensity, and a typical luminous intensity ratio per unit of less than 1.6.Options include dominant wavelengths from 611 nm to 618 nm and maximum forward voltages of 2.25V or 2.55V.
