Tailored for tight-quarter embedded PC/104 and PC/104+ applications, the company's male and female stacking spacers come in round and hexagonal profiles and are available in nylon and aluminum. The components ensure that circuit boards are spaced exactly 0.6" apart and the standalone stacks can be used like ultra-compact bus boards, eliminating the need for backplanes or bird cages. They support more than 100 different PC/104 currently available bus board modules from many manufacturers. Both male and female spacers measure 3/16" in diameter and have a 3/16" long 4-40 male thread on one end. They accept a 4-40 thread screw on the other end and have available mating screws and hex nuts in both nylon and aluminum materials. RAF ELECTRONIC HARDWARE, Seymour, CT. (203) 888-2133.
