For commercial PCB mounting, these zero-insertion-force (ZIF) board retainers provide an effective thermal interface between boards and the dissipating card cage cold wall to aid in uniform heat distribution. The spring lock retainer is made of precision cold-rolled steel with a gold-zinc finish in lengths of 3", 4" or 6". The lever-actuated design provides fast and simple insertion and removal of the boards into the chassis.
