BFPG™ is an automatic boundary scan flash program generator that includes library support for more than 800 flash types. These libraries comprise pin-out information plus instructions for push-button preparation of programming setups.
BFPG can be applied during development engineering and final product manufacturing stages. It supports multiple scan chains and hierarchical scan-chain infrastructures.
The software tool is accessed from a command line (DOS or UNIX) or as an integrated add-on to FlashProg Manager, a Windows® utility. Flash/Prog also creates scan-path infrastructure tests and maintains various image data formats.
