This gallium-arsenide SPDT switch covers a dc to 3 GHz frequency range and features a 2-ns switching speed and isolation of 50 dB. The model IS-2103 switch also boasts of an insertion loss of 0.7 dB and a typical third order intercept of 49 dBm. The device comes in a SOIC-8 plastic SMT package shipped on tape-and-reels for automated assembly.
