Mike's Blog: Sights from ESC Boston 2019

May 17, 2019

On Wednesday (May 15), I attended the 2019 Embedded Systems Conference (ESC), held at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. Not only was it my first time at ESC, but my first time in the state of Massachusetts. Boston is gorgeous in the spring, by the way.

ESC brands itself as the largest embedded systems conference in the U.S., and while the 2019 attendee figures likely won't be posted for a while, the event is expected to bring in 3,300+ industry professionals, 375+ top exhibitors, and 60+ expert speakers, while offering 35+ hours of education.

ESC was actually three shows in-one: Co-locating ESC Embedded Systems, BIOMEDevice, and Design & Manufacturing. Altogether, it made for an expo and conference packed with the latest products and best practices in embedded systems, across a myriad of applications.

Below, find a photo essay showing just some of what I saw during my full day May 15 at ESC:

ESC will be back in Boston April 22-23 in 2020.
