An ultra-low-power comparator available in packages measuring 2.1 mm x 2 mm x 1 mm (SC70-5) and 3.1 mm x 3.2 mm x 3.45 mm (SOT23-5), the TS331 operates over an extended operating temperature range, from -40°C to +125°C. The device exhibits a typical current consumption of 20 mA and can operate from a supply voltage as low as 1.6V. Further features include a 1.6V to 5V supply range, rail-to-rail inputs, propagation delay of 200 ns typical, an open-drain output, and ESD tolerances of 2kV HBM and 200V MM.
